The annual DGD Days on "Discretization in Geometry and Dynamics" will be held this year in the Science and Study Center of the TU München, located in the former Cistercian Monastery of Raitenhaslach in Bayern. The DGD Days program is organized with presentations of key themes in the mornings and with workshops and research exchange groups in the afternoons, providing ample opportunity for discussion and exchange.
1. Accommodation and conference location
Your accommodation for the duration of the DGD Days is Hotel Glöcklhofer in Burghausen: http://www.hotel-gloecklhofer.de
The conference takes place in the TUM Science and Study Centre in Raitenhaslach: https://www.raitenhaslach.tum.de/startseite/
A daily shuttle service between the hotel and the study centre will be arranged.

For those wishing to travel by plane, we can book the flights centrally via our travel agent in Munich as a group booking. Your ticket will be sent to you by email mid-September. On arrival in Munich, a bus will be waiting to transfer you to Burghausen (approx. 1,5 hrs).

Travel by plane:
If you plan to fly to Munich, please plan to arrive at Munich Airport before 17:00 on Monday, 23rd September, so that we can include you in the bus transfer to Burghausen with the group from Berlin.
Return flights should depart after 18:00 on Thursday, 26th or Friday, 27th September.
Travel by train:
Please aim to arrive in Burghausen on Monday evening, 23rd September. Departures on Thursday / Friday from Burghausen at 13:45 via Munich
Travel by car:
There is free parking in Raitenhaslach and at the Hotel Glöcklhofer. Please travel with colleagues to reduce costs! Approx. travel time from Graz = 33⁄4 hrs / from Wien = 31⁄2 hrs.
